These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“you” or “your”) access to and use of all services provided by The Rose & Hook via the VIP Facebook Group, special events and including without limitation customer product promotions and gift service (collectively, the “Services”).

By Subscribing to our Services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they may have changed since your last visit. VIPs will pay a membership fee of $25 which will be charged monthly to the payment method on file. The following will be included in the VIP Membership:
• First Access to Special Events & Seasonal Sales
• VIPs get DOUBLE Petal Points for Purchases and DOUBLE Bonus Petal Points when offered
• Monthly Offer: $25 off of one $75 purchase of regular priced merchandise... ANY TIME! (Does not roll over to the next month)
• A Special Birthday Discount to use in-store or online
• Refer a friend- you AND your friend get 100 Bonus Petal Points when the friend becomes a VIP
• Additional Surprise Petal Perks sent straight to your phone
• Access to an all EXCLUSIVE, private VIP Facebook Group plus EXCLUSIVE events throughout the year
VIPs can cancel membership at any time. All VIP perks and accesses will be restricted upon cancellation.
Purchases & Shipping
Items purchased on the website will be shipped in 2-4 days via UPS, FEDEX OR USPS depending on the item(s) being shipped or will be available for pickup within 1 business day. The item’s arrival time is dependent upon the carrier. The Rose & Hook is not responsible for carrier shipping delays but will assist you with tracking information to the best of our ability when requested. All tracking, delivery & damage issues with the carrier are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If a customer wishes for any reason to cancel an order it can only be cancelled if the order has not been processed or shipped. If the order is within the guidelines to be cancelled a refund will be issued in the form of store credit. It is the customers responsibility to call the store during business hours at 636-549-3663 if an item or order needs to be cancelled.
