These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“you” or “your”) access to and use of all services provided by The Rose & Hook via the VIP Facebook Group, special events and including without limitation customer product promotions and gift service (collectively, the “Services”).

The Rose & Hook provides a subscription service for a monthly offering of uniquely curated items & Services for members. Access to the VIP Facebook Group, use of the Services, and purchase of the Products is subject to these Terms and Conditions and The Rose & Hook  Privacy Policy available on our website and Facebook Group.

Acceptance of Terms

By Subscribing to our Services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Purchases & Shipping

Items purchased on the website will be shipped in 2-4 days via UPS, FEDEX OR USPS depending on the item(s) being shipped or will be available for pickup within 1 business day. The item’s arrival time is dependent upon the carrier. The Rose & Hook is not responsible for carrier shipping delays but will assist you with tracking information to the best of our ability when requested. All tracking, delivery & damage issues with the carrier are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If a customer wishes for any reason to cancel an order it can only be cancelled if the order has not been processed or shipped.  If the order is within the guidelines to be cancelled a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.  It is the customers responsibility to call the store during business hours at 636-549-3663 if an item or order needs to be cancelled.
